Puja Defined by Lisa Citore: Puja is a word for ceremony or celebration where men and women gather together in circle to reawaken the sacred union of Shiva (God) and Shakti (Goddess) in our bodies through nurturing each other. In restoring the harmony within, so all of life is returned to balance.

Through this sensual sacred journey of Tantric breath, touch, dance, ritual poetry and silence, we connect with each other on a deeper level than the mundane- moving beyond our fears, our judgments or feelings of attraction to the essential self-where we may experience ecstasy without acting on it, where sexual energy is alchemized into unconditional love.

Private Tantra Pujas & Coaching

Due to the popularity of the Tantra pujas, Lisa is now offering private pujas for individuals, couples and small groups. Whether you are looking to reawaken your own sexual, life force energy, rekindle the fire in your relationship or simply celebrate your love and passion for one another, she offers Tantric rituals and coaching to serve your specific needs. Lisa has created artfully sensual ceremonies for special wedding and anniversary gifts, as well as for small groups of friends, which make for uniquely fun dinner parties.

No experience is necessary. All practices are guided and accompanied with beautiful music and sufi poetry. Through creating a sacred space with tantric breath, touch, sound and movement, we awaken the sexual, life force energy and learn techniques for channeling the energy through the body for heightened awareness, sensitivity, vitality and connection with self, other and the Divine. Through playful communication, couples become more deeply receptive and intuitively giving to one another, learning how to play the exquisite 72,000 stringed instrument of the human body.
